  • need to focus on tunic

    Hey guys its been a while since I posted but I read a post a few days ago about someone focusing more on the tunic and less on soft tissue.

    Now I have done the jp90 day routine etc and not that it is not a great routine but I didnt see any results. I feel like I need to also focus less of soft tissue and more on tunic.

    Does anyone here have any idea what sort of routine I should put together so I focus mainly on the tunic part of the penis? Also Tunic may not even be the correct work

    My routine is mainly focusing on the tunica if you want to take a look in my log read through it because i have tweaked it a little. Hope it can give you a little help
    new stats 4th Sept 2011
    FL: 3.5" + 0.5"
    FG: 3.75"
    BPEL: 5.9 + 0.3"
    NBPEL: 5.25" + 0.25"
    MSEG:4.6" + 0.1"

    Erect Goal
    NBPEL: 7"

      There are some good exercise designed to hit tunica; search for something like "Tunica Tug" etc.
      You may also want to read A good advanced routine with some tips It has an excellent routine to work on tunica.

          Thanks for the great advice guys. I will be looking into that for sure. Only reason I feel its my tunica is because after doing the 90 day beginnger I would get great EQ and I would feel like my dick was so much bigger in my hang etc but when I would mesaure after 3 months I had basically no gains of any kind. So hopefully this is the answer.

          Is there anyway when I first started PE that I might of went to hard and screwed myself/hurt myself so that I cant make any gains ever? I am sure that is possible but i hope not.

            hey dude check out my log, I did jp90 for 5 months and made no gains but when I made my own routine and focused on the tunica I have seen gains! everyone is different, some people see amazing gains with the jp routine and some don't it's all about finding what works for you

                    As of now I am going to go back through JP's 90 days routine. Just to make sure I am well ready to start working out hard. I find that warm downs after the JP routine does not seem to be something my penis likes. It hangs more and feels better flacid when I do not warm down. I do how ever do about 5 minutes of Edgeing and massage instead. Do you guys have anything to say on that note?

                      edging is a form of warm down so you're good

                            So during pe today I noticed my dick not feeling as felixable or expanding as well. I am not sure why that is with just doing the 5 days on 2 days off jp 90 day rountine. I just really need to find something that works for me and this does not seem to be doing anything but wasting my time yet again.

                            Does anyone have any suggestions or words of wisdom to help out. Starting to lose faith yet again.

                              Maybe you should try to fit some more rest days in your schedule and see if that helps.
