Are there any exercises/routines that only affect girth, or at least affect it a lot more then they do length?

I am also more interested in adding girth than length so any more input from the veterans would be welsome. I noticed the 2 and 3 finger flacid bends work nicely, but they aren't recommended until about a month of basic conditioning first. I can't seem to keep 60-70% jelq throughout my routine, it either starts to droop or I get fully erect which I know you're not supposed to do. There's also more advanced girth excerises that I haven't been able to bring my self to do yet like horse squeezes and compressors. It seems like if you do these wrong they can cause more harm than good.

Jelqing mostly effects the Corpus Cavernosum of the penis, to increase the length you would have to stretch the penis with a more downward force. The Jelqing is only done with a moderate squeeze as you proceed down the shaft ending at the glan. After you have conditioned your penis with the time that is alowed with the jelqing routine, you can start the advanced exercise for girth.

JP's Tunaca Tugs:
Take the index and middle fingers and make a ^ pointing down.
Press these against the pubic bone at the base of the shaft and squeeze.
With your other hand, grasp the shaft just behind the glans and as you stretch out, press hard with the ^ back into the pubic bone. Stretch out as hard as you can while pressing back as hard as you can. Squeeze the ^ tight and hold the stretch. Don't release the ^ even if you have to release at the glans. Just re-grip at the glans and stretch again. Hold this stretch as long as you can. You are not stretching the ligs with this exercise, just the tunica. This is a great exercise for Girth.
