Okay, I'm really hoping to hear from you experienced guys and big-gainers (special thanks to JonPop who has been all over every question I've had since I started posting).
So, what's best for big and fast gains...working/resting 5-on 2-off, or 2-on 1-off? And why?
Also are you big gainers still stretching during your rest periods, or doing nothing at all?

A day off, is just that. But I still do Pee pulls and some light stretching. As far as fast gains? Don't know dude. The gains come different for everyone. Just keep at it and they WILL come.

2 days on and one off) or( 6 days on and 1 off)...?

i think he just means that a day of rest should be a day of rest and not used for PEing. this being in regards to tallmans question about whether or not the big gainers stretch during their rest sessions..................

JP was nice enough to respond to a PM regarding this very question...Of course, about 5 minutes later I'm re-reading the Beginners Guide and saw his response (sorry for missing this prior to PM'ing you JP).
