  • What about this routine?

    Just starting out how does this sound?



    1. Warm Up
    10 minutes

    2. Power Stretch 5 minutes

    3. Ultimate Jelq 5 minutes

    4. V Stretch 5 minutes

    5. Jelq and Hold 4 minutes

    6. Warm Down 3 minutes

      Sounds too much for a beginner !
      Starting stats : BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.6" EG 4.8"
      Current stats : BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.25" EG 5"
      Main Goal : BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 6.75" EG 5.5"

        Like BigO asked, are you just starting out? If so I'd advise you read the stickies in the beginner's forums, especially the safety firt and jonpop's 90 day routine. Those are very good starters!
        Starting:9-8-2011
        BPEL: 8 in.
        MEG: 6.25 in.
        BPFL: 6.5 in.
        FL: 5.5 in.
        BPFLS: 9 in>(!!)

        11-3-2011:
        BPEL: 8.562 in. (8+9/16)
        MEG: 6.375 in.
        NBPEL: 7.75

            thats way too much, why did you edit your original post, because you knew it was way too much! But that is OK, because we are here to help you.
            Go into the beginners forum and read the sticky threads, you will find a few routines and one that is very popular is the JP90 day routine. I think you should start there and you will be fine. Good luck and may your weener prosper.

              No because it was on another penis exercise site and that it what it tells you to do its got the different steps and that's step 1 so i wanted to see what other ppl think about it i would not be on here playing around just to get a rise outta ppl i can tell you the site if you want me too...not trying to argue with you and i had to edit my posting because it did not copy and paste right and thanks for your help..

                  Thats not what I meant, its cool. You could have left it up, maybe some advanced PE,ers would take a look at it. I wasn ot saying you were playing around!

                    For a beginner, the only thing on that list that you should be doing are the warm-ups and warm-downs. Everything else is beyond advanced for you.

                        He is saying that those exercises are too intense for a beginner and you will probably just end up hurting yourself. Do JP90 before you try anything more advanced, and always watch your PIs.
