    Hello, a simple question. would doing the 90day PE routine 3 days a week be enough to see some results in a matter of 3 - 6 months? the reason I ask is because I am quite busy but would like to try. I know it says to take days off but would one day on and two days off be enough to see some results just to know if it will work for me?

    If you are busy and that is what you have available, go for it. It is better to do less regularly, then try to make up for lost days because you were too busy to get to it. If you find you have more time available than you thought, you can increase if you feel that would be better.

    Go for it. I do a lighter version of jp90 no more than 4 days a week and seen gains already check my log in my sig.
