Hey guys
I was planning on starting PE about a month or 2 ago but i knew there were a lot of assignments and midterms and stuff coming up so i decided to hold off until now so that i can keep up with the routine (i'll be using the one posted in this thread).
I was just wondering if i should follow that routine exactly for the first 90 days? Or if i should add intensity or anything after a few weeks? If so, how and what should i be adding to the routine, and when?
If you guys are wondering, i am 19 years old and am currently around 6 inches BPEL, and my goal is to be atleast 7.
Thanks a lot!

Ribz,
My suggestion for you is to start the 90 day routine over again because you haven't basically started and you shouldn't add any advanced exerciseStarting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")
Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")
Goal for 2011 BPEL 9.000" x EG 6.500"

I dream of things that never were, and say "Why Not"

I agree with Dustpan.
However, if you have a lot of sex and have been doing it for a long time now, then your penis might be more ready for PE. It also depends on genetics. What are your starting stats?
For example, I add some more advanced exercises after every month of PE. It's only been 1 month and a half for me, but I've added 2 exercises to my 90 Day Beginner Routine.
Look at this page, it tells you what you can add after every month. Penis Enlargement Gym - Advanced Exercises
Scroll all the way down. For some guys, it's best to NOT add any exercises to your 90 Day Beginner Routine. But I've added the flaccid bend and the slow rotating stretch. My penis is responding so well to it!
Good luck, keep us updated.Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'
Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'
Goal: NBPEL: 8' EG: 6' (objective: girth)

I just went through my first ever PE workout, and boy i feel great now lol
I just had a slight concern, am i supposed to do 30 v jelqs or 60 v jelqs per set? Because for the Wet Jelqs it says both hands are one rep, but i'm not sure about the v jelqs.
Thanks!

Same for v-jelqs. One set includes both a right and left hand.
I want to talk to you about school, midterms, and your lack of time juggling the both. If you want to be truly successful in school and PE you must first find the proper structure in your life. I for example work full-time, go to school full-time, workout 4 days a week, do PE 2 on 1 off, and currently compete in amateur MMA, studying Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, grappling/submission, and boxing, and have a GF to top it off.
Everyone I know, has no idea how I do it, but to be honest it is quite simple. I have a set time for each and everything I do. Just like we have a PE routine, I have a life routine. I know every week when I am going to study, when I am going to hit the gym/mats. With my GF, every Sunday we make dinner, every Tuesday we rent a movie. Anything else that falls between is great.
The whole idea behind what I am saying, is make a commitment and stick with it. If the proper planning is in place, you will succeed in every challenge to come your way. If you’re truly serious about PE, then define your focus and you will achieve the results you’re looking for.
Best of luck to you Ribz.

Hey thanks for all the great responses so far
Now that i've been PEing for a couple of days now, i have a question to see if i'm on the right track. After i finish PEing, is my dick supposed to feel kind of sore/tight for a little while? (Like when you finish working out a muscle groupo at the gym)
Thanks again!

It is completely natural to feel a little sore after a workout. Over time you won’t feel as sore as you do now…at least I don’t. Just make sure it is not painful for you. If you’re experiencing pain then you need to turn down the intensity on your workouts.
