  • pc muscles problem

    Ever since i was a young kid I would help myself gain a erection quicker and achieve an orgasm quickly by contracting my pc muscles. Obviously i didn't know what i was doing at that time all i knew is that it helped me. Now i'm 19 and i don't remember when i started doing that but i've been doing it ever since and i feel like i can't masturbate without me contacting it. Now when i say contracting my pc muscles when wanking off i mean like they are constantly contracting as i masturbate and i can't control it even if i try to reverse kegel. As a experiment I would gain a erection and see how long i can hold it for without me using my pc muscles and after seconds i loose it. Also I'll try to relax my pc muscles when masturbating but it's so hard for me it's like it's got a mind of its own. I haven't started the jp90 routine but I feel this is a major problem i need to focus on before i even start. When i read about doing kegels and how people when they start can't even hold there pc muscles for a second, I tried it and i can hold it for way more than a second more like a minute and i can say maybe even more if i really try. I don't know what to do... Should i do kegels cause i think it'll just make things worse. I think the main reason why my pc muscles contract is because i can't hold a erection long so i have to kegel to contain it, so i think i'm just so use to it that i don't even know that i'm doing it. please help!!!

        Hey I'm 23 years old, and I have a had a very similar problem to you in the past. I'm still dealing with it, but I've gotten better over the past two months or so. I would recommend doing reverse kegels as much as possible. I stopped kegeling for awhile and it got better, then I started kegeling again and my pc muscle started to fire off involuntarily again, so now I've decided to completely stop kegels until I get control over the pc muscle. Also, focus on your breathing during edging and/or masturbation. Breath deeply and consistently, trying as much as possible to relax. Don't focus on NOT KEGELING, rather focus on relaxing and breathing. You'll find that as you relax, your bloodflow gets much much better. If your situation is similar to how mine was, you also don't have good orgasms anymore and you have lost the flush in your cheeks/chest when you come. Since I've learned to relax a bit better, my orgasms have returned and I get intense blood flow to my cheeks and chest again. Actually, I am not sure if that's because I have stopped watching porn and masturbation, only doing edging exercises every 3-4 days, but I am sure that the relaxation has had a lot to do with it. I had a serious problem relaxing my pc muscles for a long time, I know exactly what you mean when you say its like it has a mind of its own. I still have some problems today, but the only involuntary contractions come generally when I have very hard erections and approaching the PoNR (point of no return), and I'm slowly gaining control of that.           Hey Im also 23 and have a similar problem, Ive trained myself to relax it during masturbation while in one standard position and doing nothing else. If you're like me, you probably dont realize this but you might be using those muscles for everything you do. You're walking and contracting, push ups and contracting , getting up / sitting down etc. thats a place I realized to start. Try your best to relax those muscles while you do any movement and strengthen your core muscles so that you don't depend on PC muscles. So whats your homework? first when masturbating get into a relaxed position so that the only muscles you need to move are you hands. Once you've memorized how it feels to relax why you are penis is stimulated, seek to get that exact same relaxation and looseness while youre walking or any other activity. If you work out, you're probably using your PC muscles in everything you do too. If you learn how to relax it only when masturbating in a relaxed position, it wont help you much in intercourse because youre going to have to move in that situation. hope this helps.

            In your situation you should try to avoid regular kegels. During my jelqing sessions I hold several reverse kegels for as long as possible. This has helped me with a situation that's somewhat similar to yours.
