  • Stretching, kegels, reverse kegals and "bio-feedback"

While doing kegels while stretch (JP90). I realized something interesting. There's a great form of feedback there! As you all probably know, a kegel will generate some tug against the stretch. My main reason for beginning PE was to help with PE... Also recently noticed that I get involuntary PC contractions when masturbating, almost exsclusively when the head get stimulation. Well it just so happens, that when stretching, the head also gets some short but intense bursts of stimulation, and I get the same, somewhat reflexive or involuntary contraction, but I also get immediate feedback that this has happened.

I have found the feedback to be invaluable not only to help achieve more effective stretches, but also in learning what it feels like to keep those PCs under control during intense stimulation.

    Hope this helps!!
