Jelquing and Foreskin

First I wan't to say Haloo everybody! I'm new here.. :)
I started a PE routine almost 2 weeks ago. Basic stretching and Jelquing.
So far i "developed" 2 ways of jelquing.
One is a "semi" dry version. I lubricate my head so i don't hurt my sensitive foreskin and the shin on the head. I use only one hand. A repetition consist of moving the shin over my penis. The foreskin will gather before my gland.
The other way is lubricate all my penis and jelq in a more traditional way(alternating my hands, one after another), with my foreskin remaining on my head.
Both ways I get the "pump". The differences are especially at the way I fell the pressure in the foreskin.
I mention that my foreskin is covering most of the gland even when I'm erect.
So my question is: Which way is better to go? Or is no big difference as long as I'm doing it well?

I don't get the "shin" word---isn't it supposed to be the front part of the leg below the knee? Then again English is not my native language...
But if you mean that the first way to jelq is to jelq with one hand and use the other to pull the foreskin back, then I would also like to know which is better.
I use both hands and my foreskin covers the glans. I don't want to gain a lot of foreskin but I don't even know if this method causes foreskin to grow...

So yeah guys, NoS and I humbly ask for your guidance.

I mean "skin". English is not my native language, also :D.. Some errors may slip in..
In the first method I don't use the second hand to pull the foreskin back. I move the foreskin back only when I'm doing a new repetition.
In the second method I observed that I get pumped much easier, so I don't have to put much pressure. The easier pump it may be a consequence of alternating hands one after the other..
