Dear All,
I am new in this forum and found the site yesterday.
Just start yesterday using the 90 days beginner routine.
The routine is 10 min warm up, do some stretch and jelq.
To off 2 days after each day routine.
Question:
Does this mean I can do stretch and jelg whole day- as and when I available to
do the routine?
Do I have to warm down after complete the day routine?
Can I off 1 day instead of 2 days?

You should do stretching and jelqing only on your workout days and only when you're working out. Doing them the 'whole day' is overtraining. I'm doing the routine that's in the PE Book. All you do is stretch and jelq.
And if you're warming up ... you might as well warm down, too. I find it just as important to cool your schlong down by placing it under slightly cold water for 2-3 mins.

Is this mean I can do workout after warm up in the morning and

Can I off 1 day instead of 2 days ?

Actually, I personally do my workout only one time. I would do it either in the morning, afternoon, or evening but only ONCE on that day!
It's not a very long workout either, just need 40 mins alone. So, you do it anytime you want during the day but only once. You start off by warming up, then you proceed to the exercises, and after you're done, warm down and you're done for the day.
In the first week, you should take 2 days off (I'm referring to the 5-week routine in the book). On the 2nd week, you can try working out every other day.

Dear Vincent.
Warm up
stretch
jelq
kegel
warm down
And yes you can take days off, but only for good behavior, hehehe! one day on and one day off is a good approach.

Dear kingpole,
This is my plan starting today due shower:1 day on 1 day off.
1)warm up 5min by stick into a hot bottle.
2)doing stretching by holding below the glan(Ok Grip) -6 min do helicopter shakes then stretch up ,helicopter shakes then stetch down, helicopter shakes, stretch left, helicopter shakes, stetch right and final 20 kegels(quickly one)
3)after that, doing jelq(ok Grip)-10min by holding one hand at botom of shaft and move the other hand from shaft
and release before reach glan.
4)continue with V-jelq for 5 min (V-grip).
5)do kegels- to hold as long as possible-10
6)warm down-5 min.
To do this for the next 3 months before process to increase the routine.
From the forum, it look like i do jelq any time without warm up ? is it true?
Any commment/suggestion?

Hey Vincent!
You shouldn't do any exercise without a warm up. If you did your warm up and stretches in the morning and plan on doing jelqs in the evening, you should warm up again before jelqing.
A warm up is not an exercise per-se, it is a procedure to prevent injury during other exercises. It is very important!
So, if you separate your routine into a moring/evening part, you should warm up prior to each part.
It's best to do it all in one piece.
Cheers!
P.S. You can do Kegels without warm up, not jelqs.Starting Stats: 11/17/08 -BPEL 15.4cm x EG 12.5cm (6.06'' X 4.92'')

Dear All,
I had start PE plan on 26/12/08 on following routine: 1 day on, 1 day off
1 day not so in order.
1)5 min warm up
2) stretch for 5 min
3) wet jelq for 8 min- lost count number of jelq
4) warm down by taking hot bath
2days-28/12/08
1) 6 min warm up
2) stretch for 8 min and do kegel on each direction (sitting down)
3) do wet jelq using baby lotion -150 jelq (use number of jelq instead of min)
4) do V-jelq -80 jelq. ( using middle finger and index finger sitting on top of the shaft and curl the finger curl toward belly and move slowly toward glan)
5) warm down by taking hot bath.
Next workout will be 30/12/08 during shower.
Want to increase as follow:
1) 6 min warm up
2) stretch for 10 min and do kegel on each direction
3) do wet jelq -200jelq
4) do v-jelq -100 jelq.
5)warm down
Is it ok what I am doing ? Can I add other in my workout on 30/12/08 ?
During my kegel, all direction also can feel tug back. am i doing correctly?
Am i do correctly on the V-jelq?
current Stat :26/12/08 : BPEL 5.1", EG 4.1"
Goal- to increase 1" for BPEL and EG. Is this possible ?

i think if you're just starting out, you should warm up for 10 minutes all the time.
Maybe you should start with the 5 week beginner's routine that's listed in the book?

Dear VincentT,
You can feel a tug-back in all directions when kegeling because you're a beginner. That means that your ligaments and tendons aren't flexible enough yet. As you progress, the tug back should become less noticeable because the ligs will become more flexible with stretching.
Eyes2TheSkies advised you well, you should warm up for at least 8-10 minutes. This also warms up the aforementioned ligaments.
Your routine seems fine but you shouldn't increase the intensity too soon. Don't add any new exercises for 6 weeks, at least.
Your goal is possible. You just need to be persistent and don't ever hurry yourself (you'll get injured and this is bad for gains).
