    Too much? My penis seems to handle if very well. And second day off now, and it looks very plump, EQ looks good. Like a kegel or 2and the head seems the bulge when I have an erection.

    I was going to begin tomorrow aswell. But not very sure. With 3 to 5 days on before break, I just feel I won't make progress.

    What ya guys think?
    Used to do PE on and off 2 years ago. I was 6.75 NBPEL, Measured a bit ago and was 7. Now keeping track.

    Started serious PE - Start of march 2012 (once again restarted)
    NBEL 7.0
    BPEL 7.25
    EG 5.60

    Long term goal -
    NBPEL 9.00
    EG 6.50

    You will make progress if you are cautious and consistent when exercising your penis. Your schedule could work for you but it might certainly be too much for many. You'll have to try and check by yourself. But watch closely your PIs (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!) and don't hesitate to reduce it if you encounter negative ones: you won't gain if you overtrain and might only get an injury if you're not careful!
