    Hi guys,

    I've introduced myself before, but thought I'd ask a few questions since I just started the JP90 program.
    Firstly, I'm 20... and my length is 5.5" erect. I'm fairly lean, but have a 1 inch fat pad.
    I purchased the Penis Health program, but many of you advised against the beginner routine saying that it's too much for a newbie.
    So intend to complete the JP90, then move on to one of the Penis Health programs :-)

    My quest for a longer/thicker penis finally begins after months of procrastination!

    Okay, to the questions:

    1) What 2 days should I have off to begin with? Does Wednesday and Saturday sound good?
    2) Can I do the warmup/strech on my day off? Is it safe to do this, or should I only do it before and after my workout?
    3) Can I do additional warm up/stretch during my morning shower (I workout later in the evenings)
    4) With the V-Jelqs... do both hands count as 1 rep? Or do I count each hand as a rep?

    1) You should start with 2 days on Monday and Tuesday off Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday off Saturday. On Sunday and Monday off Tuesday. It doesn't really matter what day you start with just as long as you are on 2 days and off 1 day.
    2) No you don't want to stretch on your day off you should be resting.
    3) You can stretch in the morning but you should also add a warm down after your stretches. Remember also in your evening workout to warm up and warm down.
    4) Both hands are one rep.
