Hey guys i'm fairly new to PE but i've done quite a bit of research and feel like i understand the concepts. The only problem is that there are soo many exercises and i can't decide where to start. Maybe JP's 90 day routine? Also is it very important to log gains and how often should i measure? Any advice for quickest safest gains? Any advice or thoughts are appreciated. Thanks guys(:

JP90 is the beginner routine designed to condition your penis so that you can safely move onto more advanced routines upon its completion, though you might see some gains on JP90 as well.
In regards to safety, make sure that you warm-up sufficiently before stretching/jelqing and don't overtrain, more is not necessarily better because you need rest days to recuperate and most importantly to grow!
Measure your starting stats and then measure when you feel like it, personally I am going to measure every 3 months, but you could measure every month, every 8 weeks etc. it is up to you
I would advise you to do JP90 and then, upon completion, start a new thread to ask what you should progress to

Before you think about any exercise you need to condition your penis. JP90's will do this for you.
Make sure to use a proper warm up, I use an electric heating pad and love it. Others use a rice sock.
Read, read, read and be safe.

Follow these guys' advice, they are right on target... Keep in mind that among all the beginner routines, JP's is probably the more intense so in any cases watch closely your PIs.

Ginkgo Biloba, ginseng and green tea increase flaccid hang.
Also, Exercise = Better circulation = better flaccid hang
And you will also gain from PE as well

In the beginners forum sticky threads you will find a thread called safety first, go a head and read it and it will help you with the safety aspects of PE, good luck with your gains.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Edging after a PE workout is supposed to be good for gains because it re-oxygenates the penis by filling it with blood for an extended period of time...however this is theoretical and hasn't been proved
You could edge whenever you have time though, just in case it works, and also because it helps build stamina by making you more aware of your PONR and teaches you to control your ejaculatory urges
I personally don't have time to edge for an extended period of time after a workout so I do it at night whenever I get the chance, I don't ejaculate though...it makes me hornier for my girlfriend

I edge after every session and I used to balloon after every session. You should definitely try it.The blacker the berry the sweeter the juice
