  • jelqing alone does not add length

    ive seen at other forums that it is impossible to gain length from jelqing ? can somebody elaborate on this.

    they said the only way to gain lenght is by doing various stretches can somebody inform me of these i have been jelqing nearly 2 weeks now

    Well it seemed to have worked for me and many guys here. What did you think you'd accomplish in 2 weeks?

      Jelqing is the backbone of PE. You can do it at a low erection level for length, high for girth, or middle for both. If you want to add basic stretching, take a look at the stretching portion of JP's 90 day routine.

        By looking at your sig it looks like you have gaind in the 2weeks so I would keep doing what you are now

            yes i am very happy with my gains but by looking at the proportionality of the gains by the time i am around 7 inches in length i will be probably over 6 in girth which is something i wouldnt want . i would like to know how to gain length and let girth gains slowly tail behind

                  Looking at your current gains and expecting proportional gains over time is likely erroneous. Gaining that quickly is almost completely attributable to gains in EQ. It will take you at least a couple of months to really figure out which is going to be most difficult for you to gain once you have gained all you will out of EQ. For most length is easier to gain.
                  Initial(9-1-11): BPEL: 7.25", BPSFL: 7.75", EG: 4.75", BEG: 5.25", BPFL: ~5.0", FG: ~4.0"
                  Current(7-1-16): BPEL: 8.375", BPSFL: 8.75", EG: 5.375", BEG: 5.875", BPFL: ~6.625", FG: ~4.75"

                        Learning self control is part of the process. Like Jay said ... do things that can take your mind off of it a little. Breathing techniques can help as well. Sometimes it just helps to take a few deep breaths and let the erection subside a bit before continuing jelqing. That's what works for me.

                          Be wary whenever the word "impossible" is thrown around.

                          The flaccid jelq with little to no lube can be an effective lengthening exercise.

                            I gained .3 in ~2 months but was already long. I believe I gained it pulling too hard while jelqing, at too low an erection level; it is an unneeded and thoroughly unwanted gain.

                              Jelqing should be done @ 40-70% erection max, as a beginner. Stretches should always be done flaccid. Keep practicing and think of PE as exercise that's good for you, just like lifting weights or running. Listen to some music while PEing to help control your erections. You have to train your brain a bit to acclimate to PE as exercise, instead of masturbation as a beginner, but, with practice you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly.
