GUYS GOOD NEWS!!! GOT GAINS not much but a GAINING!!! I took this week off cause I didnt really want to continue with the help and advice given from this thread and I was going to start JP 90 this monday. I happen to decide to measure before sex with my girlfriend just to see. And YES My girth grew .1-.2! I didnt measure my length yet but I'm happy to see some results. I know my routine is intense but I feel no sharp pains or see any changes or bruises. Yes, sometimes it feels sore down there but what muscle doesn't feel sore after working out. I dont know guys.

Good to hear. The 50 jelqs seemed fine starting, I think you should have stuck with that for about a month before adding anymore on. But i noticed you added 100 kegals on right from the start... Lots of those can kill your EQ and I think 100 was way too many starting out. Keep up the good work man.
