  • What do you think of my new stretch routine?

    4 mins- downward stretching
    4mins - downward right stretching
    4mins - downward left stretching
    8mins- BTC stretching

    I'm doing this to max out the ligament gains and I get lig pops damn easily.. My pelvic region is tired out from just 1 routine. ur suggestions and recommendations?? Thnx!!!

    Have you done a beginner's routine for conditioning? 20 min stretching is a fair amount for a newbie.

    I would break the stretches into 30 or 60 sec sets? I just wouldn't be able to hold a good stretch for 4 minutes without my hand burning. I would also balance the routine with some rotary stretches and some jelqing.

    With the BTC stretching, I do these to the left and right sides. I think the ones I do are actually called BTL - behind the leg. They should be good for ligs as well.
