    Absolutely. You are now discussing, in general, the original fowfer, which is performed while sitting in a chair.

    Hi guys - I'm new here. I really just have 1 question about this bedfowfers exercise...
    I am mostly happy with my erect size (although bigger certainly wouldn't be a bad thing) but not my flaccid size (length or girth)
    My question is if I do this exercise every night as I sleep but do not do any other type of PE on a regular basis, can I still expect decent/good gains to my flaccid size? I'm a grower, but would like to be a shower. Thanks!

    Really, unless you sleep in a constant position then doing bedfowers while sleeping does little in effect. Sitting in a chair with your penis pulled back which is the original fower does work best because you can sustain it with the under penis applying some pressure on it to hold it in place.

    Ok, thanks for the reply. Others on this board have seemed to think that bedfowfers while sleeping was very helpful?
    Ok, so if I do them while I'm sleeping and the occasional one while sitting down, will that be sufficient for perminate flaccid growth?

    Bedfowfers help supplement other PE exercises, but do little on their own.

    Thanks again for the reply. For the last few days, I've been doing fowlers (not just bedfowfers) quite a bit as they are easy to do while doing other things. I'm doing one now while sitting down typing this message. I understand you said bedfowfers won't do much on their own, but what about fowfers in general? If I can do a couple hours of fowfers every day, will that be good enough for improving my flaccid? I just don't have time to set aside on a continual basis to just do PE exercises....

    Fowers for hours each day. Who doesn't spend hours sitting every day?

    What do you say, guys? I've just started doing them, and I could sit like this all day.

    I will try them tonight as well when I'm going to sleep. I don't need to put it on the side of my balls when I lay down, it doesn't hurt like some people here said.

    i am new to PEing. i want to do bed fowfers and chair fowfers.but the problem is that i have an uncircumcised penis.so when i try to stretch and put it between my legs or try to sit on it it just slides on the foreskin and gets lose.what should i do.

    and when i do chair fowfers should i change the side i put my testicles in different reps like the bed fowfers

    I'm in the same boat danyabr and found that being uncut requires a little extra work to get any of the PE's in. Even using an extender requires a little extra work unless you want to make the extra flesh grow a bit more.
    Personally, bed side should be easy as you can freely move the extra skin back as needed and then place the penis. Sitting in a chair might be more of a challenge depending on your clothes and where you are trying to do them at. Pretty much, going to have to try and push all the extra skin back before placing and it might require you to do this a few times throughout, depending on how often the skin starts to creep back.

    IMO of course, I'm going to toy with the fowfers as well but that is what I'm thinking I'm going to have to do too.

    is there any limit on how many bed fowfers or chair fowfers or jai stretches i can do in a day.can i do them in the off days??

    and my LOT is toward my head,so doing jai stretches ,wet jelq,v jelq and other stretches towards my legs will me more beneficial right.
