    Hey all,

    Quick questions on these bed fowfers. Are they a viable substitute for other warm ups? As in, can I do them for x amount of time so that they equal the benefits of a 10-15 minute hot wrap or rice sock? If so, how long do I have to do it for to equal that 10-15 minutes with the wrap or sock?

    I think they are as viable of a warm up than rice sock. I do these to warm up infact sometimes I do these while i am on the computer like right now. These also help with increasing flaccid length.

    Fowfers are one of the greatest things I have ever found!! It's a perfect PE exercise. Not only do you get a warmup, but you also get all the positive benefits of PE.

    Has that dingdong of your grown some more? Your going to hit 7" soon by the end of the month. I feel your close to that now.

    Excellent news! I am currently in a situation where long showers and hot wraps/rice socks are pretty much impossible. So how long would you do the fowfers for before you begin jelqing/stretches?

    Undercover PE:

    When everyone is in bed and you are to you can do your PE under the blankets of your bed.
    Start out with bedfowfers.
    Do some 4 and 8 fingered squeezes.
    Also do a few minutes of Tunica tugs.

    Oh, undercover PE isn't necessary, haha. I have my own place where no one can disturb me unless I allow them to. I could pretty much remain naked all day if I wanted to, and if I didn't need to go outside.

    However, I'm still not sure how long to do these fowfers so that they are a good enough warm-up. I definitely do not want to cause injury. Any time suggestions?
