Are these good as a substitute to warm-ups?
They don't seem to warm-up the ligs, just the penis.
I'll continue to do these but not as warm-up.

No, I don't think these replace the warm-up of a rice sock, hot rags, a shower, etc. I like to use a wash cloth and keep reapplying with hot water--for 15 to 20 minutes.

Yeah, that's what I also do.
I find it at least as important to warm-up the ligs/inner penis as the penis.

Absolutely. I cover the whole groin area with hot towels or a wash cloth so that I can get as much blood as possible into that general area. It makes such a difference when I start my jelqing session.

Yay. I always wondered what these were when I saw people talking about them and Im glad I did a forum search today. I love simple, low stress excercises that I can do while im at work. I can feel a constantly slight tug while im doing this and its nice. I will definately be adding this to my routine. Thanks all.

Try doing them in bed at night as well, if you fall asleep doing it, you might wake up WITH A HUGE MASSIVE FLACCID!
