    For the V-Jelqs, what's considered as "one" rep?

    The guide says, "As you are sliding up the shaft, pull straight up. Alternate by pulling up and to the right, up and to the left."

    Now what I'm wondering is if pulling up once, up and to the right once then up and to the left once is considered as one rep or three reps?

    Also, do you HAVE to use the supplements listed in the guide?

    Some guys count one stroke as one rep, some count stroke with both hands as one rep. Really doesn't matter how you count, just the amount you do. I do one stroke/one rep but I do 200-300 total. No you don't have to use supplements to do any exercises, just like you don't have to use supplements if you workout at the gym. It's just an option to PEing.

    Thanks but I think you have the V-Jelq mixed up with the regular Jelq. I understand that for the JP90 for the Wet Jelq that both hands count as one rep, but I'm talking about the reps for the V-Jelq.

    If normal jelqs, two hands is one rep, then do the same with V-Jelqs

    FULL DESCRIPTION,

    Next, do what are called "V" Jelqs. These are done by useing the V between your middle and next finger. Cup your hand and slide up the shaft with your fingers curled toward your belly and the underside of your shaft resting in the "V". The fingers should be rideing on the sides of your shaft.

    As you are sliding up the shaft, pull straight up. Alternate by pulling up and to the right, up and to the left.


    That's either considered one rep, or three.

    i take one rep as the same a wet jelq. The right, left thing is just adjusting the direction of the pull. so 1 stroke from each hand is 1 rep and you can do one rep straight up then do one rep to the left and one to the right.....and back to up again..
