    I'll make this as short as possible:

    I started PEing about 1 year ago on and off until February. I was with a girl at the time, and she was away at school. The first time we had sex was that September of 2010. I am only 5" NBP and 4.5 girth. She enjoyed it, she is a small girl. I myself and only 5' 6". I decided I wanted to be bigger, for my own self-esteem, and if she liked it even more, great! When we did it over Valentines weekend, I noticed my girth was noticeably larger. For moral reasons of my own, that was the last time we had sex. She said she felt like it was thicker though.

    Foolishly, I quit PEing. Her and I broke up, and I decided to start PEing again for myself, since I have no one to impress. I started November 3rd, and today is December 19th, so I've been going good for 1.5 months. I started with the JP90 routine, though I was getting lots of turtling and sporadic morning wood, so in the last two weeks I've only jelqed.

    I warm up with a rice sock for ~15 minutes every time, jelq for 15-20 minutes, and warm down again if I can. Sometimes My dick has a nice flaccid hang and looks longer, other times it's the same old half-shriveled thing I've known for years. I know my limits on stretches, or so I believe, but read that it can effect EQ, which is why I wanted to try just jelqing for a bit.

    I'm 23, 5' 6" and 125 lbs(I have a rare form of muscular dystrophy which causes my muscles to heal incorrectly, which is why I don't way very much; muscle weighs more than fat), eat healthy, exercise generally at least twice a week, and am overall good health. I'm frustrated that I'm not seeing really any signs like I did on my first time through. I only have morning wood 1/3 of the time, and I can never seem to get a rock hard erection. I've never been addicted to porn. In fact the most I've ever watched has been in these last 4 months while at school, and even then it's only been once a week or so. I've given it up though and haven't watched any in ~3 weeks, still going strong, I don't need it. During the last 1.5 months, I only jerk off once a week, and it's always on an off-day, never before or after my routine.

    I'm looking for words of encouragement or advice on what I can do to improve my routine. Even when me and my ex would fool around, I'd sometimes have a hard time staying erect, more so during sex.

    Should I start stretching again? Should I expect it to be more difficult to make gains the second time around?

    Well what were your gains and your routine the first time, seeing how you're asking about are gains harder to make the second time around.

    I wouldnt worry being only a month and 1/2 in your routine. If you only gain 1/10 of an inch during this time you will be an inch longer in a year, its not a quik fix. Stay the course and take your time and the gains will happen. Many gain quick and then stop for long periods of time, others dont gain at all in the bginning and gain alot seemingly all at once later. Then there are those who just make very small gains steadily. Re-assess your self at the end of the 90 days and well take it from there. The one thing that works better tha anything is determination and consistancy.

    my routine was practically the same the first time around. Unfortunately, I didn't measure my girth when I felt like it was bigger. The one thing is I would stretch some at the end of jelqing last year.

    BigO: That is a good way of looking at it! The thing is I was gonna measure this morning to know if I had made ay gains, but I couldnt maintain a boner long enough to get a good record. I'm definitely sticking with it though! Just wanted feedback or input.

    stop measuring and keep at it for a little longer. try to stick to the 90 day routine and don't worry about gaining for now. I believe that the 90 day routine is mainly for conditioning your penis, yes you will gain but its not the most critical part.
    I haven't measured for over 2 months, I like to wait a while so that there is a bit more of a gain to notice. I've been waiting for the new year to measure, 1/1/12. hopefully I've made some good gains, last time I measured I had great results. its hard not to measure but being the slow process it is you get disappointed if you measure too much. good luck
