I've been doing the 90-day routine with an extra 150-250 jelqs and 90-150 v-jelqs on a 5on/2off schedule for 155 days on fairly consistently and have not seen any results. I've read and read and can't seem to see what I'm doing wrong. I'm pretty confident I'm PE'ing correctly, but one part of it I might be a little iffy. Does the warm down portion require an erection? What are you guys doing? I can't keep one through the entire warm down period, so maybe the fact that it's not erect during warm down i'm not having any gains? Thanks in advance!

No, it doesn't. Erect or flaccid, it's the same effect.
