If you jelq at a higher level and harder grip than your suppose to. Sex can cause it too.

If form is crap and erection level is high yes it can. Jelqing is used to straighten up some one with peyronies so it can cause a curve as it is used to counteract one. Just use good form and keep balance and you'll be fine.
