Alright so this has been a question in my mind for a while. Should I hang (Bib Starter) and then do jp90s routine or do jp90s routine and hang after. What I mean is all in one sitting I want to combine a good manual exercise with jp90s routine and also hang but I don't know which to start with hanging or jp90s. In theory if I hang first wouldn't that stretch the ligs and then allow for more blood flow to be able to be moved throughout the penis when I jelq during jp90s routine? Or would the fatigue in the penis from hanging result in a worse jelqing session. I have noticed its a bit harder for me to jelq after hanging but not so much that jelqing is impossible. Would I be overtraining by trying to hang and do manual exercises? I'm just starting back up from taking an 8 day break from PE. I recently suffered a minor injury from getting ahead of myself and trying to start hanging with 5lb and was waiting for my EQ to get back to what it was before. I feel much better now and want to get started back up tonight but I wanted to ask this to all those who can help.

Dont hang at all untill you have completed at least three months of PE. Didnt you just say you injured your self. after your conditioned and your ready then you can hang and jelque after, you can do light jelques for blod recirculation. dont get engorged then try to hangGoing an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
