No, I didn't since I don't know what is good and what not. Are you sure that hot wraps will be better than cold ones? I will try that and massaging tomorrow and will make an appointement with an urologist. I really hope that didn't screw up for good. I will be so happy, if my penis is back for good, that it will feel like have gained 2 inhes :P When it will recover, I will try to sleep with few hot chicks and make it up for torturing it the way I did. I will most probably lose the one that I met previous Sunday, but at this moment that doesn't worries me at all. The thing is that I feel so down because of that and can't even tell anyone.
By the way, is it possible to created a slight bend to the left (only did 5-6 sessions)? It is apparent only when is semi-flaccid and disappears when is erected or turtled. It might existed since always and didn't gave it attention, but is it possible?

Hot wraps will promote greater blood flow and healing. Cold is good for strains, so alternating hot and cold wraps may help if your penis is feeling sore.
Are you jelqing/stretching with one hand more than the other? This can cause a bend. Try doing your exercises with the opposite hand for awhile.
Look over your penis and see if you find any irregularities. A thrombosed vein will appear swollen along its length and the swollen part may feel hard to the touch. You may just be experiencing stronger blood flow because your penis is getting "fitter". This can be alarming you if you're not used to seeing your penis so vascular.Want One FREE Month of Coaching? I went to an urologist, but he wasn't listening to me and insisting that my penis is perfectly healthy. He told me that I am scared, which I am, and that everything is in my mind, which is not. I think he found a thrombosed Vein, since I pointed it out to him. He said that it will go away by time and is nothing to worry about. He wasn’t much of a help L.
I was using both hands when jelqing, but for some reason couldn’t do it properly with the right hand. Additionally, the slight bend is apparent only when is semi flaccid and when is totally erect (I have to use my hands for this now L) it’s straight.
No it's not getting fitter. It was very fit and now it is really weak.

If your doc cleared you of any apparent injuries [unless he missed something], then it's likely that your pain is either nerve related or psychosomatic. I can almost guarantee that your degree of worry over this and your fatalistic outlook is contributing to your condition in some way.

Always err on the side of caution. I always have and always will. The Good Lord has given me just one dick and I plan to make the most of it. Virtually all the injuries I've read about on these various P.E. sites came among Newbies who either didn't warm up properly, EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, or who went at it whole hog, without EASING into their beginners' routine. Think of your commitment to P.E. in terms of years (even if it isn't true) so that you can approach each new exercise with forethought and great deliberation. As Kingpole urges, maintain a light grip. Listen to your body, i.e. your cock. Any sharp pain whatsoever, stop what you're doing. God forbid you experience an injury, albeit a minor one. Wait a few weeks at least until there are absolutely no remaining symptoms.
No pain, no gain, is NOT a saying we should follow. Make P.E. a leisurely, pleasurable activity. Forget about your goals. Just enjoy the ride!!Going411by7 (I was a grower; now I'm a shower).
