After the first 60 days is it alright to go up in reps of jelqs, and/ or kegels or is this routine to be followed as strictly written for the first 90 days. I know that it's for conditioning and a good beginner routine but I was just wondering if it would be ok to increase in reps or sets later in the routine maybe after 45 to 60 days so as to not overtrain (or undertrain if the penis gets too used to doing the same routine).

Great question, i was thinking the same thing....i'd assume it would be ok once you don't drastically increase till the point that you hurt yourself, but lets wait for more experienced members to comment.___________________________________________

Just up your sets or reps after the 90 days, no need to do more than the routine says, it's already pretty intense for beginners as-is, more reps won't make you gain faster, it may make you more fatigued after.
