    Hello everyone. I'm new to this site, just joined and, I must say, it's nice to see a supportive site like this. I have not been able to see anything NON-helpful.
    Anyways, I started this, mainly because of dissatisfaction with my penis size. 6.88 inches in length and 5.7 in girth, some would say that is a fairly good size, but the amount of displeasure I have was just rising from day to day. I've been scouting and looking around this site and this seems like a real deal.
    I started everyday 'workouts' 9 days ago with a routine basically like JP's 90 day beginner, but then added some other exercises like horse squeeze, Uli and hand and wrist bends. I've had no signs of injuries just yet. On the other hand, I have serious erection maintenance problem. It's virtually impossible to maintain an erection during the whole PE session. Porn does help, but only for a couple of minutes. Anybody has any advice on that, because it's a real downer to do Jelqs with a less than 50% erection...

    No injuries yet? Don't worry you'll get some soon. You see you have chosen to do advanced exercises without proper conditioning and that always spells disaster. Why would you disregard what took others many hours of practice and yes injuries to provide guys with the right thing to do? Good luck!

      You are overtraining already man and the 'erection maintenance problem' you talk about is a negative PI to prove it(third down on the negative PI list). Just slow down and stop thinking more is better because it is'nt. Take it slllllllllooooow broooo.

      Perhaps you should read the basic sticky threads, they are full of important infomation you need to know.
