    I have been away from PE for nearly 2wks because of negative PI's. I have no more negative PI's any more although i haven't been sleeping much and stopped exercising, im hard when erect, high quality morning wood and horny. Again this PE thing is amazing cant wait to complete JP90 and stay consistent with it.

    Now I am aiming to orgasm once in every two weeks i cant seem to get pass one week. The reason for having and orgasm and not cumming in two weeks is that i heard it helps with gains, i have seen it for myself, when i moved from cumming every 2-3 days versus once per week i see the difference. After not cumming for a week when i edge or even jelq i have a strong desire to bust a nut {i usually give in...and 10mins later....im cleaning up a mess...lol }

    Any suggestions as to how i can move past this one week ANYONE??


    FYI - no gf at present / stopped porn a while now from => watching it and thinking about it.

    keep yourself as active as possible in important daily activities.

    TRY to abstain from arousing images.

    TRY to get out and get a girl.

    Exercise / Lift hard most of the days/wk.



    That's what helps me the most.

      There is absolutely no reason or benefit to going two weeks without busting a nut. All your really doing is stressing your self out. You can bust one out every day if you want. It is when you bust one out every chance you get that can be an issue. If I didnt but a nut for two weeks I would probably kick my neighbors ass for no real good reason.

        I actually do this and have done since reading it here and how it helps towards gains. I try to aim for two weeks at a time but sometimes it goes further. I am upto about 10 days again now, I truely believe it helps towards gains and has done since I began.

        My view point was if it helps me grow even a tenth of an inch in a half a year then I will do it!! I don't even miss it anymore. It feels amazing when I have succeeded with my goal, it just makes me want to do it more!

        This is a big part of my PE and I plan on doing it for along time.

        Oh, and the times I do cum... OMG it's like popping a frickin champagne bottle that never stops!

        I do have to admit I can get aggressive from time to time... Most likely because of this hehe.
        In the long run its so worth it!!

        Takes a hell of alot of self discipline and persistence! Not everyone can do it though....

          Maybe I just have a high sex drive, if its working for you thats great, I couldnt do it.

            I bet you could. Trust me BigO it seemed impossible when I began because I have a naturally high sex drive too! What did it for me was that when I did pop my load my workouts didn't go as well next day(plus I saw the gains). There are times I really want to crack one off and feel like giving up with saving it... But if you can get past the first week then you really don't miss it as much.

              I'm doing that at present no arousing images, recently broke up with gf {had loads of sex}, yes yes starting gym Wednesday coming.

                FOR REAL, it was tough the first 5days to avoid busting a nut but as you go along it seems to be get easier.. but sometimes its tough its like you can Pop one...lol anytime. I find when you blow a load you get tired quickly the next day and you cant tug to hard etc..

                  While I have never tried to not blow for a while, I have noticed that if I don't do it for a while it can become irrelevant lol.

                  No clue on the effect on gains.
                  Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG
                  Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG

                    Yeah... My girlfriend lives with me...no way I could go 2 weeks. She is all excited about me doing PE so we end up having sex almost every night... she says she wants to reward me for all my hard work. I'm not complaining.

                      I want gains as fast as possible and every little bit should help....im not going to injure myself while at it, just bettering my odds.
                      I tend to be generally more aggressive kinda like alpha male with chicks and also in the bed. Plus i want to try drinking alot of water and juices for 5 days straight then bust a nut to see the effect..ha ha

                        Superpp... all I drink as a part of my diet I do with working out is green tea and water (occasionally milk, very rarely though) and all I have to say is be prepared to clean up... After 1 week of PE I decided to have a little destress time while the girl was at work.. shot clear over the towel and hit my dogs cage...

                            @ Rem - ha ha ha ha.....didnt even think about the mess.
                            Yes yes working out will force you to drink more, i used to train in fact powerlift and at a point in time i took a supplement called Creatine this forces water into the muscles for more strength....it worked for me but when taking this supplement you HAVE to drink alot of water MORE THAN USUAL..... i can casually drink 3 liters of water daily.

                            I'll try this green tea as well.

                            I occasionally spray {not far} (10%) but mostly ooze (90%).....the spraying would vary e.g. if i exercised, had a good lime...ate alot of food at random....laughed alot....or like slept alot....so now that im taking zinc, L arginine , L lysine, multi vit, b complex, ginko, happy as i got degree, less stress at work....i'd hope for a bigger & higher quality load. IF not ill have to kegal separate from the JP90 not too much im afraid of overtraining as a noob.

                              I don't know if you are able to to but, there was I think an article awhile back about masturbation and gains and it concluded the ones that did it the least had indeed much greater gains. I have searched high and low and can't find it. Is it possible for you to give us the link to it? Or is it just gone? I think it was an article and had some valuable information on this subject.
