i had read all the beginner's guide.
10mintues for warm up.i using hot towel.
6mintures for stretch.
10minutes for jelq.
what is the level of erection that we need to warm up, stretch and jelq?
i always can't control it.
when stretch the penis will 100% erect.
can someone teach me how?
the beginner's guide wrote there first three to six month better using flaccid right?
but i really can't control it.
when stretch it will automatically 100%.
how is the jelq?
have to erect 100%?

I have the same trouble keeping it half hard for jelqs and flaccid for stretches. Techically, I believe its 0-30 percent for stretches and 50-70 for the jelqs and I dont think it matters how hard when your just warming it with a towel. Hopefully after a few weeks it will realize its not play time, lol.

Tatabi & taz,
Your penis will get used to PE and erections will be much easier to control.
Until then, masturbate and ejaculate before your exercise. This way your penis and your mind won't be aroused and you should experience lower erection levels.
Tatabi, be very careful with high erection stretches, these are very risky. Don't let your patience wear out and stretch it erect.
All the exercises will get easier to perform as you get more experienced.

Never stretch or jelq over 70% erection level - ESPECIALLY when beginning. Hard to make progress when your device is defunct...
