I had initially started a while back, but after 2 weeks, school and everything else starting takings its toll, let alone privacy. As a result, i had to quit and did not pick it up until recently. My previous issues were as follows:
Weak EQ (erection quality):
- I would be able to get an erection, and have the odd soft erections in the morning, but i really thought i had ED. The more i read the more it got worst.
- Even during masturbation with the help of the evil porn (ill explain in a sec), i would be able to orgasm, but with 90 percent of the time with a soft erection.
Erection issues masturbating without out porn and having/keeping an erection with a lady friend:
- This was the biggest issue. I remembered when i was younger, i could masturbate in the washroom without any porn and it was wonderful exploring my body (currently 24 years old). Though now that seems impossible. It takes forever to get some blood flowing and even longer to get an erection.
- Twice, on two separate occasion over the past year, i had trouble maintaining my erection trying to put the condom on both times ended in failure. First time, i was able to finish with a handjob, second one, not so successful.
Girth Issues:
My girth was/is at 5" and my BPEL is at 7" exact. I was relatively fine with my length, though the greedy person that i am, i wanted the girth to be at 6".
Health issues:
-Not enough water Intake
- Dependence on porn for erection
- nutrition
- sleep, stress
So during the new year, i decided, i will make PE a lifestyle more than just a short sighted workload. I prepared myself mentally and physically. I set a schedule for myself and allotted time frames. My changes were as follows:
- Eat 3-5 meals a day
- Go the gym (signed gym membership)
- Quit Porn
- Quit masturbation altogether for now trying to rewire my brain (there is a great video here about your brain on porn)
-drink plenty of water
- Do JP's workout
Currently, i am finishing up my second week and i must say i have to god, i have found this website for there could have been so many more damaging effects had i not researched and found this site. I do my warmups and exercise in a hot tub, since it was the easiest course for me and almost every session, i have seen great improvements.
- my erection time is reduced, I get erect within 2-4 minutes of work
- i am able to masturbate/ balloon without porn
- i have soft erections every morning, i have had a hard erection once so far
- my penis looks soo much healthier and smoother.
- For some reason, i have seemed to be more social, less stressed, and generally more active.
My questions so far is how do i know i am doing a kegel properly and how do i do a reverse kegel. In terms of Kegels, i can hold my urine while peeing much longer than i can doing it without peeing which is making me believe i am doing it wrong. When i kegel flaccid, i seem to notice i am tightening up my asshole more than anything else. Yes i do place my finger on my PC muscle and do notice it expand and contract, but i cannot hold it longer than 1-2 seconds.
In terms of reverse kegels, i would like to know, how it is done properly and would there be any benifits in it for me as i have no problems with premature ejaculations. Lastly, would be beneficial to increase my jelqs slowly?
