  • Stuborn Ligs!

    Hey guys,

    I've been doing PE for just over a month now, doing a routine seems pretty reasonable (warm up 15-20 mins - stretches 10- wet Jelq's 30x2- v-jelq's 20x2 - warm down 10 mins + 60 ish Kegs throughout).
    However my time so far has been spent taking a few different breaks due to suspicion of lig strain. I've been doing extensive warm ups and stretches before hand, however discomforts in my ligs seem to come very easy to me.

    Thoughts?

    How much force are you using with your stretches?

      Are you warming up the pubic area?
      Starting Stats: 11/17/08 -BPEL 15.4cm x EG 12.5cm (6.06'' X 4.92'')

      Current Stats: 02/25/09 -BPEL 16.2cm x EG 12.5cm (6.38'' X 4.92'')

      (Short) Term Goal: -BPEL 16.2cm x EG 13.2cm (6.38'' X 5.2'')

        yes,yes. warming up that area quite well. Stretches i don't believe to be that harsh. I mean, i don't just yank. Its a gentle process, where i use common sense for the right amount (i think) to pull.

          Well, if you are getting liagment strains I would lighten up a bit more. It's highly unlikely jelqing is causing it. You just may have very weak ligs.
          A little soreness is OK but you shouldn't have cronic discomfort.
