    Im new to this right now I only what to focus is on length . which excerises should I do first for length and how often??? But if I get girth also that would be a plus.

    Focus of stretches. ONLY do the basic routine. Stretch in all 5 directions (up, down, left, right, and straight out) for 30 seconds each. Do 3 rounds of this, stretching in all 5 directions 3 times each.

    Do regular jelqs, start with 50-100 and gradually move up.

    I prefer the cool down method, running about 30 seconds of cold water over my penis, keeps everything fat down there for the whole day, or there just about. Some like to "warm down".

    Should I start on monday when is the best day?? I just copied the beginners free workout. when should I MEASURE my self how do i do it correctly??

    FOLLOW THIS, or,

    See JonPop's (JP's) 90 day routine. For length? NOW do SIMPLE BASIC one-way stretches. That's ALL!!!

    You don't want to go heavy in the beginning or you will condition your penis to too much PE, then you will plateau and never grow.

    THIS IS A FACT, soooo many guys on here go at it too hard instead of slowly easing into it (which is what "teases" the penis into elongating) and they NEVER GROW. Just look up some of the "no gains" posts, may try various combos of those two words, but they are out there. Plenty of guys never gain for this reason.

    Ask Gator, he has had to start over and over, and it keeps slowing his gains. He is JUST NOW seeing gains, because he is doing things PERFECTLY this time, and not overdoing it!

    Should I stop drinking and smoking would this prevent me gettting my gains??? whats the best way to go about this???

    If you're drinking and smoking excessively it'll likely interfere with your gains. It may also have adverse effects on your overall health.
