    You can omit any of the direct length work (stretches) and focus on girth and stamina. If you're a beginner you should do the stamina exercises even if you feel that you don't currently need them. Not only does stamina work help to keep your penis expanded post-workout, it also helps to speed healing. Another thing that's very important- as your penis grows, you'll need to be able to pump and hold more blood to your penis in proportion to your growth at a minimum if you wish to maintain the same degree of EQ.

    I have a question addressed from my nephew who is about 13. He's very open to me and asks me about advice about some things I don't know the answer the answer to. He asked me if I could be his host through the website, as he wants to grow some to impress people in his future encounters. He's still growing I think, and right now (he says) he's at 5 ". He masturbates frequently, but after some research decided he will limit himself to once a week. He seems eager this summer to start doing stuff, but he wanted me to ask this question I didn't know the answer to myself:
    Since he's still growing, (and may even get another inch or two till he's out of puberty) will there be any setbacks if he starts doing PEgym now?
    He's a pretty funny guy, and it's pretty entertaining how he worries about this stuff at a young age, but I admit I had some hesitations myself back then.
    Any replies with helpful information would be greatly appreciated.

    Tell him to go do kids things instead of worrying about his dick. And if he wants advice tell him to join the site when he turns 18.

    And don't you think discussing something like that with an underage kid that's your nephew is kind of odd?

    VERY IMPORTANT!

    How to increase intensity/volume: Beyond the outline for the FMO I basic routine, you should approach your cycle goals with a "Two steps forward, one step back" methodology. Here's how you would do this- let's say that your rep goals [the use of "reps" is arbitrary- this method can and should be used for intensity and volume goals as well] for this cycle of training is 60 reps for the squeeze and that you operate on a *6 week cycle (5 weeks on, 1 week off). An outline of how to get to your goal would look like this:

    Week 1 goal: 40 reps

    Week 2 goal: 45 reps

    Week 3 goal: 50 reps

    Week 4 goal: 55 reps

    Week 5 goal: 60 reps

    Week 6: Layoff

    This is a sample for increasing reps from week to week. It can apply to most any exercise, but in this case it was in reference to the jelq. Optimally, You'd add 1-2 reps per session to attain those weekly goals.

    The "FMO I" routine mentioned is a "proto" version of the following routine: The Basic Training Penis Enlargement, Male Enhancement, and Stamina Routine
