    Hey guys. In JP 90 days routine he mentions helicopter shake. How exactly do you that exercises? I read the direction, but still don't understand it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks guys!

    Hold it at the base and make the head go in circles. That's the best I can do. Hope it helps.

      I personally never really got these, i just shake up and down or side to side. I find that this is more effective for me.

          I do it with light ok grip at the very base of the penis, rest of fingers cupping your testicles. When you rotating package, the penis goes flying around.
          11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

            Helicopter Shake is real simple, but does take finesse. If you have ever swirled wine in the glass, parting your hands at the base of the stem and swirling, this is exactly how I do them but the stem is the base of my penis. Don't try and swirl the penis but rather simply create the same motion you would with a wine glass against your pelvis and the penis should helicopter.

            The OK grip is the exact same in reality, I just swirl my wine differently so it's easier for me the other way lol.
