Hello I started my PE routine 11/23/08 and my BPEL was 6.25 now 2/21/09 my BPEL is 6.75 I am happy with my results. But my erect length is just showing 6 why is that? My current routine is 3-4 days a week 5 sets of stretching in each direction , 5 sets of A stretch and 500 Jelqs in the shower. Any suggestions to help increase my length my overall goal is 7.5. My final question is about pills I was considering trying natural gain plus or checking out gnc for any of their vitamins. Have any suggestions on which to use that will help me with my goals.

Stretching will help you get more length. I suggest that you use the supplements that are listed in the 90-day begginer routine........and MAN!! Five hundred jelqs!! Why dont you tone it a bit. You'll reach your goals, but you wont if you're injured.
