Ok so here is my question. I have Noticed that when I go two days on and one day off on jp's 90 day program I fell like my eq and overall penis health is better. I've tried 5 on 2 off but by the third day I don't feel like I'm really getting that good of a workout. Any thoughts? Is 2 on 1 off ok?

Nothing wrong with that. 5:2 always seemed like a lot to me, but I'm just a 3/wk kind of guy. If 2:1 feels great, no need to change it.
