    I know that I joined the forum a while ago, but I actually just got started with a beginners routine and discovered a problem, I cannot quite jelq, I'm finding that I just don't have the "real estate" so to speak that it requires. At my hardest erection I am 4.5 inches and below average girth.

    I can do the basic stretches, and after that I am kind of stumped. I tried a few jelq and they were made increasingly difficult by the fact that I seem to have a lot of extra skin around the head area even though I am circumsized, so that when I tried the jelq motion that skin just rolls up and I lose my grip, on top of having a small member that makes it about impossible.

    Couple that with the fact that I am overweight, even though I have made progress and still am progressing on that front (20 pounds lost in the last two and a half months) and I am not sure what to do, should I focus on stretching based excercizes more? and if so what more can I do beyond what is listed in the basic routine?

    Any help would be appreciated guys, even though it's embarrassing to have such a small member..

    yeaaa..man just stretch,stretch stretch....eventually you will have the length required to glide up the penis in a slow effective manner

    I don't think the jelq needs to last an incredible amount of time to be effective. I think it's MORE effective if you can do a slow jelq, but I think any speed of jelqing will do something. You should concentrate more on stretching until you have length enough for a slow jelq, but I wouldn't stop jelqing. I know DLD over on MoS advises 1-2 second jelqs (that's apparently what he started out with anyway), so I think you'll do all right.

    As for the overweight part, try an Overhand OK grip and that way you can press down into your fat pad pretty well. That's what I do to get a nearly bonepressed grip.

    Thanks guys I guess I will concentrate more on stretching for now, and maybe give the overhand grip a try. Should I also do the kegel excercise and maybe throw some edging in or do either of those actually increase gains? I'm guessing those two things speak more for EQ than anything else though.

    Since jelqing is difficult for me at the moment is there any kind of improvised routine anyone can recommend? Well I can say one thing for certain I am really glad to have found this forum, not sure where I would be without the advice, thanks guys.

    Kegels are extremely important for improved EQ. Edging is good for stamina work, but I'm not sure if it contributes to gains or not.

    I will do the kegels and the edging as well, just looking for a solid routine under my circumstances.

    You could try dry jelqing and see if that gives you better controll over the loose skin.

    Oh this is my fault for not mentioning this sooner, but I was doing a dry jelq to begin with, what I've thought about doing is just sticking with basic stretches and Jai stretches until my length gets to the point where hopefully I can jelq effectively. I think a large part of the problem is that I really need to lose more weight before I get to the point where I can fully work with what I have.

    I just figure doing some PE even if it is just stretches and kegels/edging is better than doing none at all until I can get my weight down to about 190 where I am actually supposed to be, that's another 65 pounds to go.

    Do you have a lot of money? Maybe you can get some lipo suction to help you out. There is nothing wrong if you need some help losing a few pounds. There are some great plastic surgeons out there that can help you for a reasonable price. You just want lipo in one area. If you really have the cash, go for a tummy tuck (that will make you look great), though tummy tucks are slightly more complicated and require a friggin good surgeon.

    Now, you should be jelqing with lots of lube. Get your penis full of lube, get you hands full of lube. Get as close to the base of your penis as possible and perform a quick 3 second jelq. Do that as many times as you can. Remember that both hands need to be on the penis at all times, where the bottom hand squeezes the penis slightly and the top hand jelqs.

    Your routine:

    -Warm up (I suggest a rice sock in your case)
    -Basic stretch with 20 kegels per position (up, down, left, right, center) and helicopter shakes between positions. The basic stretch is explained in the 90 day beginner routine
    -20 JAI stretches Penis Enlargement Gym - JAI Stretch
    -Flaccid bend (1 set) Penis Enlargement Gym - Flaccid Bend The flaccid bend is a girth exercise
    -Once you're comfortable with the WET jelqing and you learn the proper technique with your situation (you gotta work through it, or wait until you lose weight), perform 75 wet jelqs.
    -Cool down (a cold apple works well, or an ice pad from the freezer)

    Radiohead unfortunately I do not have that kind of money laying around but on the weight loss front I have made good progress so far, and I am only moving forward with it, which will take longer but it's probably for the best as I spent a good chunk of my life being far to fat, so actually working it off is teaching me to appreciate what goes into taking care of myself.

    I am going to use the routine that you posted and I probably won't take new measurements for 3 weeks to a month, I am a patient man and I am still young so all I have is time really. I am curious though, should I be doing this routine two days on and one day off or some other schedule?

    Also how exactly is the rice sock used? I read on the guide how to make and heat it but do you wrap the sock around the penis completely or do you actually stick the penis inside the sock once it is at the right temperature? Also is it usually necessary to reheat with the sock?

    Sorry about all the questions lately guys, but I really appreciate how nice and helpful all of you have been, we all start somewhere and it's my hope that when I get the penis I have always wanted I can come back and help beginners later on, even if it takes a few years.
