Thread: Routine without Jelqing

PLEASE HELP even if this is a stupid question. I am new to PE, and I have a quick question. I am fine with my erect penis size right now, and I only want to focus on flaccid size and girth. is it safe to do a routine without jelqing and just doing Uilis and an excersise that increases flaccid size? If so, what exercise increases flaccid size and what routine would you recommend?

Wow wait a minute.
The Uli is an advanced exercise targeted for erect girth.
If you want to increase your flaccid size, here is what you do:
-Warm up
-Basic stretch (2 sets) with helicopter shakes (as described in the 90 day beginner routine which is stickied to the top of this forum)
-Flaccid bend Penis Enlargement Gym - Flaccid Bend (20% erection level)
-20 JAI stretches Penis Enlargement Gym - JAI Stretch
1 day on, 1 day off. This will help your flaccid size, and you might get some erect gains as a bonus.
Don't expect much for now, it'll take 2-5 months to get the flaccid size that you want.
What are your measurements?Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'
Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'
Goal: NBPEL: 8' EG: 6' (objective: girth)

You may want to try fowfers too, those are supposed to be good for flaccid increases.

Not only is jelquing the backbone of PE, but it's also the way to go if you want girth. Why is it that you don't wanna jelq?
