  • So, am I in a Slump???

    So, I have been doing PE for 4 months now and I haven't seen any gains in the last 2 months. I am really tring to get my NBPEL up, but only my BPEL has grown. I have attached my routine below. I am on a M W F schedule alternating the two routines. Any thoughts to break this slump would really help!

    Warm-up 8 - 10 minutes
    Basic stretches - 3 x 40 seconds each way
    Rotation stretch – 2 x 10 seconds each way
    OK jelq - 75 reps: 5-7 seconds. 30% erection or less
    V-jelq - 45 reps: 5-7 seconds. 30% erection or less)
    JAI Stretch - 3 x 30 seconds
    Warm-down: 8-10 minutes

    Warm-up 8 - 10 minutes
    Basic stretches - 3 x 40 seconds each way
    OK jelq - 150 reps: 3 seconds. 30% erection or less
    V-jelq - 70 reps: 3 seconds. 30% erection
    JAI Stretch 3 x 30 seconds
    Tunica Tugs - 4 x 30 seconds
    Warm-down: Shower

    What are your PI's like? Have you been progressively adding to your routine? As for the NBPEL vs BPEL growth, have you gained weight at all - could this be a reason you haven't gained in NBPEL?

      PI’s are doing fine, that was my first thought as well, but I’m having no problems with my erections. As far as progressing my routine, well I through in the tunica tugs, jai stretch, and do uli’s when I’m edging. I haven’t gained any weight either. I have been at a lean 220lbs for over 3 years now. I really have no idea what’s going on.

        So long as your PI's are good I'd recommend you try adding in 10-20 jelqing reps per week until you start gaining, then ride that for what it's worth. Add 1-2 minutes time on to your stretches per week too. See what that does for you. Another cause for the NBP vs BPL might be water retention, depending on when you measure. I'm not really sure - I just tend to stick with BPL since that's much more consistent for me.

          Slowly increase like Keido said. ALSO, you could take a break. Maybe a week. Your dick might just need a rest. I know a lot of people recently have been gaining while they are on their break. You could be the same. Just make sure you come back

            Stop all PE for two to three weeks and just work on EQ. Your dick needs a break from PE. You have grown quite well though.

              Hey thanks for the advice guys. I think I'll take a break for 2 weeks or so and see what happens.
