Hello all, I don't want to get carried away introducing myself and being boring. Basically, I am not small, not big; I'm here for self betterment and health. I did lots of research before finally coming up with this routine. I am fit physically as I am a competitive athlete; I am taking certain learning's from being an athlete and applying them here, mainly the principles of, *less is more, *recovery is primary, *safety comes first.

I made this into only 3 days/week. I am not trying to gain something by certain time, rather, I want to make this a lifestyle (health choice) rather than a blitz.

I took two begginers programs (I can't find where I took them from when I made this!) and put them together, one is kegels and the other is the rest, This is what I have:

Do the following routine (3 days/week):

Week 1-2: (April 1-14)
10 minutes of penis warm-up (warm it up, wash clothes, make it warm and hot)
6 minutes of basic stretching
10 minutes of jelqing (in three second strokes.)

Week 3-4: (April 15-28)
10 minutes of penis warm-up (warm it up, wash clothes, make it warm and hot)
7 minutes of basic stretching
13 minutes of jelqing (in three second strokes.)

Week 5-6 (April 29- May 12)
10 minutes of penis warm-up (warm it up, wash clothes, make it warm and hot)
8 minutes of basic stretching
17 minutes of jelqing (in three second strokes.)

Week 7-8 (May 13-26)
10 minutes of penis warm-up (warm it up, wash clothes, make it warm and hot)
9 minutes of basic stretching
21 minutes of jelqing (in three second strokes.)


Week 9: (may 27- June 2)
10 Minutes of warm-up
10 minutes of stretching
25 minutes of jelqing

KEGELS

(Weeks 1-4) (Do 3 times/week)
50 kegels at a time (rest as needed), hold kegels for 4-5 seconds.
- Do not do at the same time as above exercises, but same days.

- I am not sure how to increase the kegels past week 4, this is a 9 week program as you can see.
- Any suggestions on good smelling water based lubricant?
