    I'm in the 90 days beginners routine and it's damn hard to keep a slow pace, basically because I'm not really a beginner. I have been stretching with an extender for months (no results there but what can you expect from 4 hrs per day), and also doing some test jeqing for a couple of weeks. I took a break for a couple of months since I wasn't in a position where I could do these things, and now I have decided to have a serious go at jelqing. I read the 90 days routine manual. And now I'm trying to follow it, but due to my prior experience I feel the pace is a bit off. I mean I'm doing 1 day and then 2 days off, and so forth, according to the manual. But I spend about 40-60 min in the bathroom, which is a bit too much according to the manual, but I can't help myself. If I just go in and out in 20 minutes it feels like I'm not getting any exercise.

    So I was wondering, all the warnings and "less is more" mottos, are they based on the fact that you won't gain anything if you overdo it, or is it more of a warning so you won't harm yourself? I'm being very careful, in fact so careful I don't even really feel like I've exercised. Right now I'm jelqing every other day, 40-60 minutes including warm-up and stretching. Am I one of those morons trying to get ahead of themselves or do I have a point here? Once again, the question was whether the warnings are because I won't gain if I overdo it, or is it so I won't harm myself?

    Another question, I'm really getting the hang of this stretching thing. I was thinking of doing some easy stretching on in-between days, for an hour or so while sitting in the sofa and watching tv (without jelqing afterwards). Is that a good or bad idea?

    Yeah overdoing is not good. $0-60 minutes in the bathroom can be a tedious way to do PE.
    Go into your bedroom lock the door.
    Lay on your bed try to get into a relaxed state. Play soft music if it helps.
    Warm up, do your stretches, jelq and kegel at your comfrtible pace.
    It is very important to keep PE in the feel good range. If it don't feel good warm and gooey it wont work.

    Yeah, KP said it all as usual.

    Overtraining will cause your gains to slow down or stop completely. Overtraining can cause injuries and impede gains. Try not to overtrain.

    Guess I'm overtraining, the day after I train, I'm turtling. I'm only doing the back to the beginner routine

    The absolutely BEST way to know if you're overtraining or not is to look at your PI's. If you aren't overtraining, you should see an increase in EQ (harder erections & spontaneous erections) and more night-wood (not so important) in about a week. If your erections are getting weaker, you are definitely overdoing it. If they are staying the same, you are either undertraining or possibly slightly overtraining. Check out the PI's link in my signature.

    Turtling the next day is a sign of overtraining, but turtling right after your routine is OK. But turtling the next day could also be psychological and have nothing to do with your state of penis health. That's why you need to look at more PI's.

    I generally find that if I'm on the right track my penis feels rejuvenated and happy. If I'm overtraining, then it feels tired. But this is obviously very subjective.

    After my late night session, usually I have morning-wood the following day. During the day I don't turtle, it's just hanging the way it should, and on my second day of rest it's kind of fluffy at times. That's the news so far.

    If you have morning wood the next day, you can't be overdoing it too much. Are your erections getting harder?

    It might be just an illusion, but I have noticed some changes. My erections are at their hardest on second day of resting. First day of resting, I couldn't really say. I guess that's when the penis is recovering from last night's session, so it doesen't get rock-hard, but it's still what you would define as a 100% erection. Second day of resting is one of those erection that make you feel like your dick is gonna explode.
