  • My routine and quest!

    Hey guys!

    Ive been PE for 7days now and i am very exited about it!
    My routine so far is:
    Stretching out, up, down, side n side 3sets of 30sec per direction = 7,5min in total
    Dry jelqing, kegling before each jelq i do about 50 jelqs of 2sec duration = 1,6min of jelqing
    Since i kegel before jelqing on each stroke i do about 100-130kegels
    the duration of time i use on jelqing/kegel is about 15min
    Erect pushing, pushing it 10times down, 10times to each side
    Kegel, 100kegels

    Thats my workout, it takes me about 25-30min!

    as a finishing note i randomly stretch in bath, before peeing, at the computer ect. Might hit 10 random stretches a day.

    Stats: EBPL 16cm and top girth 12cm and mid girth 13,5cm

    My goal in length is 17cm - 18cm
    and girth goal is top:14cm - mid:15cm


    I will be reporting back now and then!

    any tips or comments?

    Funny thing is that i masturbated 2times yesterday. 1time before me Pe and one time after!
    after some chilling and eating i went to bed, and i had my first wet dream in 3-4years

        Some guys like to edge a little bit afterwards (note: edge, not just finish).

        You don't have to. Ideally, PE shouldn't be arousing, but I can understand how sometimes that urge is present.

          i read that you should edge for 15-20 mins after peing and that masturbation right before or right after is not good. that you should give it a few hours and that it could affect gains. again you might wanna do your own research on this.One thing that all the veterans talk about, especially those that have gained what they wanted without having to stop for injury, is warming up. if you don't you really really need to warm up it seems to lower your chance of injury :S hope that helps
