This is interesting because i started a similar routine recently, 1 day on 1 day off, just jelqing no stretches, warming up and down on course. Why do you say you re in the growth zone if you can get hard fast for edging after your workout? Because I'm trying to jelqs real slow now, 150 of them per workout, and takes like half an hour. But i notice when trying to edge after I warm down, (i'm talking right after I warm down) it takes sorta long to get completley hard.

It's just a good indicator if your overworked or not. Your jelqs should take 2-5 seconds tops. If your doing 30 minutes of jelqing your doin way to much if you just started. Reduce your jelqing time and edge right after and see how it goes then warm down. 150 jelqs should take you around 7-8 minutes.
Don't fix it if it's not broken. You should see some nice results, keep me posted.
Thanks for your support. You should see some sick gains. Also I hate you for starting out with 6 girth

2 to 5 seconds per jelq or rep? cause there's 2 jelqs in a rep, so to be more i accurate im doing 150 reps of 2 jelqs per rep. And i was warming down then doing the edging, i think if i went straight to edging it wouldn't be as difficult to get a full erection. To get the full benefits of edging it;s to be done before warming down?

Yea some guys can do it. Use the edging test after your workout as a gauge and go from there. I'd start out 1 on 1 day off though. If you've never done any PE, I think this is the best way to go. I'm pretty sure than JonPop guy invented that to get conditioned after a decon break ask him though IDK he's a vet.
Good to hear. You shall reap the benefits and thanks I didn't even know this site had reps lol
