I started out avg size. I remember a couple years ago I was like 6-6.25bpx4.9. I've gained over an inch in length and and .4-.5 in in girth in 5 months of pe'ing correctly.
1.Stick to the basics and start out slow. A lot of guys come into this and jelq to hard/to much (I was one of them). Something like 5 minutes every other day would be a good starting point for a complete noob. 2 and half mins of regs and and 2 and a half mins of v's. Don't grip to hard and keep your strokes about. 2-4 seconds. Your glans should be darker and hang fuller when you are done. It's a cool feeling.
2.Always warm up and warm down. I fill a plastic cup about 2/3 full with warm water and refill with warm water every 3-4 minutes for 10-15 min total. It is fine to warm up/down in the shower but I don't recommend it.
3.Stretching killed my EQ. I was probably doing to much to be honest, but I am still seeing gains without stretching so I don't even mess with it anymore.
4.Master jelqs and v jelqs. These should be the backbone of your routine for at least 6 months...which brings me to my next point.
5.DON'T CLAMP (at least for the first 6 months.) It has a high risk of injury. After that 1st injury, I prob won't ever clamp because constricting of any kind scares me. There's some debate on Thunders about if any high erection PE should be done at all. It works for other people but I'm just saying, BE WARNED.
6.I believe edging has helped cement and even help with some of my gains. I can stay rock hard for hours if I wanted too. I notice when I edge to much though (like 2 hours lol) It effects my night wood so I usually just take a day off.
When your jelqing. Start out flaccid (after you warm up of course) and let it build. I use olive oil. You shouldn't go over 70% erection. Basically if you can bend your dick in a U, then your still good. If you can only bend it to a V or barely bend it then your to erect. I just stop and squat down or stretch my hamstrings to get blood flowing elsewhere then continue. Remember the harder you are the sofer you should jelq and you can jelq a LITTLE harder when your less erect. You'll find the sweet spot.
Right now I'm just going 2 on 1 off with 5 mins reg jelqs and 5 mins v jelqs with edging or kegels. Very similar PESG's and it works. I don't really see a need to change it anytime soon. Will prob stick with this for another 6-7 months.
I know this has been said time and time again but a lot of new guys don't read up and just start whackin away carelessly or do to much. I just wanted to post this to show that I've gone from pretty much exactly avg to big in a short time. My end goal is 8.5x6.5. Then I can say I got a monster lol

I never did clamping. I got injured doing slow squash jelqs, or I guess some people call them slinkys to soon. Got a hardened vein on my right side, not sure if it was thrombosed but I didn't do any PE for like 5-6 weeks. If you do decide to do any advanced girth work (horse squeezes, supra slammers, ulis, clamping, ssj's, whatever) I'd warm up for at least 20 min and take it very slowwwwww.
No prob man, hope I helped
Thanks man. If I can help just one new guy avoid getting injured/doing something stupid then I've done my part.

Hey man, thanks for your post. Really enlightening for a new guy like me who is PEing too hard.
I have a question tho:
Can you tell a little bit more about this ? So basically when you 5 min/5 min jelqing you kegel or edge in between or after and then warm down ? Or you just edge outside of your jelqing ? As of now I was edging after training sessions as a some sort of warming down, but I am feeling it is not the most effective way, lol.
Cheers,

What workout did you do for the 5 months where you saw gains? How did you stay motivated? Did you use the beginner workout on here? Thanks! (and congrats! Haha)

Your welcome.
I warm up, do 5 mins reg jelqs then 5 mins v jelqs, edge then warm down. If I edge really long (like 30+ mins) then I won't do any kegels. If I don't edge then I'll just do 100 kegels. I also don't kegel while I jelq. If your nice to your dick he will grow.
I did the same workout but started out every other day. Started out 5 mins every other day then 2 or so weeks later 7 mins every other day. 2 weeks later 9 mins ever other day. 2 weeks later 10 mins every other day then 2 on 1 off 10 mins. I took it really slow. The JP90 was to much for me (5 on 2 off) with around 12 mins jelqing each session. A good way to gauge is if you can get rock hard quickly while edging after your workout and still getting night wood then your golden. Your in the "growth zone."

Great post Akin!
I love reading about the successes. It's good for new members to also see the mistakes and dangers about getting too far ahead of themselves. You've done us all a service. Those gains must really be motivating for you. Just reading it motivates me lolStarting stats

Wow your gains are awesome, I love hearing people who have gained from such a "minimalistic" routine. I've always been a big proponent of these and have seen gains doing shorter/easier routines but more often but have recently gotten away from it. Gonna need to switch back next time I change my routine up after reading this post though!
