    Hi, everybody. I've been on JP's religiously for about 2 months with great gains. I credit a lot of this to edging after the routine (when I have time).

    Anyways, I need some help with edging because I feel like I'm not doing something right. When I edge, I get frequent liquid release (decent size). I thought it was just pre-cum, but it definitely looks like semen. I get pre-cum often too, but its a much clearer, thinner liquid. The weird thing is that I don't really lose my erection when these semen bursts come. I might lose a but of sensitivity, but I can keep going. And then randomly erection disappears (at least temporarily). Any advice? My guess is that I'm going way past my PONR and kegeling too late, causing the semen to already be somewhere between my testes and tip, and then it's just running out periodically. Can anyone give me a better idea of when to use the hard kegel?

    I also find I kegel voluntarily a lot during edging because I just love the feeling, in comparison to a normal stroke. Should I avoid this or not?

    i think you experience that from your balls being to full of cum and it just releasing a little because it can only hold so much, whenever i start to get too much precum or i cant fully edge because i keep feeling like cumming to soon i just shoot a load and usually it stays rock hard like that was just a warning shot or something that needed to get out
    No porn period as of 3/13/15 had a minor relapse after 6 months+

          When you start to feel the urge if you don't have good developed PC muscles, stop and let the urge subside. When you get good PC muscles in tack (via kegel [inclined/reverse]) then you can get to a good PONR and force it to subside by holding the kegel for about 10-20 seconds which is really intense of a hold but with a good strong PC muscles, it not all that hard. I have been edging for a while now, and it took time for me to control the PONR at first but afterward with a good routine, it became easy to maintain the erection and overcome the PONR.

            Since you're getting a frequent and decent size release during edging, sounds to me like you're having partial orgasms. The temporary loss of erection and/or loss of sensitivity would be another indicator. Another indicator still is if you have the post orgasmic pulse & throb.
            While edging, I suggest that you do the helmet squeeze in conjunction with the kegel, when you feel yourself approach the point of inevitability; this will help you learn just how far you can go and help you learn how much kegel contraction is required to hold back your release. Also, continue with you K & RK's to maximize your PC muscle strength & control.
            The good news is that it sounds like your multiorgasmic (MMO). I have been MMO while masturbating and with one special lover, it's awesome and your partner will love it. Keep up the good work and training!

              when you edge, are you suppose to kegel while you edge or only when you're at your ponr?

                That's depends. There is not exact ruling to how to edge while reaching PONR but I do add some kegeling in the mix while reaching the PONR and then hold the orgasm back by super holding the kegel for 20 seconds. But I have been studious in kegels so they are toned and strong. But for someone with weak PC muscles, I would for now suggest stopping before reaching PONR and continuing when the urge subsides.

                  I'm not really an expert my any means. Search it on these forums. Kingpole and some other guys have detailed guides. What I do is basically masturbate (no porn) for 20-30 minutes, changing positions every once in a while.

                  Not really seeking it, but I wouldn't complain if I got it . I don't like to totally stop after orgasm, because I am trying to condition my body to learn that orgasm isn't the end of the erection. So if I do orgasm, I try to keep it going for a bit after (not always possible).

                  I think that's good advice. I've only been kegelling for about 2 months, so I doubt I am all that strong at it. I have decided to incorporate more kegels into my routine. I will definitely take your advice and stop earlier.

                  Thanks for your help. I think you're right about the partial orgasms. It does feel like a series of small orgasms. And yes, I do get the orgasmic pulse and throb frequently. I will keep working the kegels and reverse kegels. And I like your advice about learning hwo hard I need to hold it. I will try that. Is a helmet squeeze just capping your hand over the knob of the penis?
