Thread: Are excercises different at 55

I am now 55 and sometimes suffer from keeping an ercetion during sex and sometimes I have no problem getting and keeping one. I am going to try these excercises for help but was womdering if there are any other precautions to take at 55. I am in good health and excercise 6 days a week and supplement on a egular basis. I know there are some guys out there my age or older or younger with the same problem so I hope I can get some advise fellas.

Follow the routines recommended for newbies to get your dick conditioned for more advanced routines. Once you are conditioned, your age should not be a limiting factor. I am turning 70 in a few days and there are a couple of guys on here older than I.
The manual exercises should help improve blood flow and improve your erection quality, assuming you do not have any overriding physiological issues which are causing your erections to fade during sex. Thanks for the information. I have been starting out slowly and have had no pain or other problems so far and my stuff feels stronger already. I will send you a PM if things do not improve, it is good to have so much information available for this kind of thing.

You're in the right place, for sure, Mr. Boot. I started p.e. when I was 64, some 8 years
ago, and within a month, I got my rock hard erections back. Stick with jelqing and the
kegels, and you'll do just fine.
