    what do you think?
    im not exactly a beginner at stretching, i used it for about 6 months with no gains. I did more research and found this site and now i been doing a jp90 routine for a couple months but slighty different. i recently started to stretch either before or after my routine. any advice or feedback. ill stretch/jelg for an 45 mins to an hour and 25 mins then stretchfor an hour before or after...any help/advice??

    Do jp90 exactly how it should be done, then later on add your Extender after your workouts, and Extenders work best at 800+ tension and 4-6 hours a day.
