Hi all ! From your personal experience, what are the best exercises for thickness (girt) I had a bit of trouble getting thicker, gained about 1inch and 1/4 of length in about one year, no warm up, only 3 days a week and about 20 minutes max each session, 3 months on, one month off. Now I m trying to get My girth thicker, hope you can help. Thank you

Well, the base of all girth in some type of jelg. I do believe the thicker the tunica is the harder it is to gain in girth but the easier it is to cement because of the multilayer. I am current back to 70% jelging and doing compression squeezes at the upper shaft in order to make it as thick as my mid at least. The hardest region is the glans though. Read on the Exercises page where you will find all kind of info on girth.Begin 7/25/2011:
