Thread: Consistency in PE

I try maintain a 5 on 2 off routine...but due to life, this sometimes isn't always possible. Has anyone else had the same challenges? Some weeks il do 5 in a row, then others would be a 2 on 1 off, or 1 on 1 off etc. probably doesn't make too much of difference but I'm just wondering...

Well have you gained from it? It is pretty important to be consistent but as long as you're not taking full weeks off or doing it once a week at time, it shouldn't hinder your progress too much.
