Gym Brothers,
What is the best position to do your PE? I usually do mine in bed before sleep, does doing PE in a specific position (and perhaps time) benefit the P more? Thanks in advance.Day1 052112

I usually do mine in bed as well, LB. I think one should do p.e. in the position
which best enhances one's penis. For me it is lying down. I get my longest
readings in this position.
Regarding time, YES, the time of day, when one's t levels are at their highest
and one's penis is "flushed flaccid," matters a great deal.Going411by7 (I was a grower; now I'm a shower).

In bed or sitting for me - and depends largely on time of day. Mornings sessions are often conducted in bed while evening sessions are in the chair or sitting on the bed. And take a note from G4 and the "flushed flaccid" state. I generally get my best results and have my best sessions when my cock is in that state.

Whenever i'm in the mood, good and horny and feel like shooting a load out. Anytime of the day basically long as the mood is right. In the past I had a bit of trouble getting erections while standing, so now I usually start off standing up. After I'm in the pump I'll sit and relax with a novel.

I like to do my extending in bed before my wife wakes up. I follow this with a pumping session in the bathroom while doing my bathroom routine. I then put on a tight cock ring for a quasi clamping session which I usually like to continue inside my wife while rubbing her back and performing about 50 to 100 kegels. Then, depending on our mood, we finish it off with orgasmic sex or postpone the happy ending until the following day. I love doing my PE exercises. I don't believe my wife knows I am multi-tasking.

I always thought there were rules that you should only do it standing up?
That's how I do it, is there any downsides to it?

Thanks fellow brothers,
Ive read that t levels are usually lower by bedtime, however you can raise t levels after working out. About to incorporate a nighttime workout routine to raise t levels before the REAL excercise begins.Day1 052112

I would like to do a big article on body positions while PEing in the future, but for now here is a quick, badly written list of stuff for STRETCHING (I'll add girth work info later):
1. PELVIC TILT
There are two types of pelvic tilt: posterior and anterior. Posterior tilt can be achieved by "tucking your tail" under (caveman posture). Anterior tilt happens when you arch your back and poke your butt out (stripper posture, lol). Posterior tilt exposes the ligs, while anterior tilt "sucks" everything in. I recommend being in posterior tilt for most stretches, but anterior tilt can be useful to stretch the tunica once you get some experience under your belt. Google this stuff for more information if you don't understand my brief explanation.2. STANDING, KNEELING, SITTING, OR LAYING?
In my experience, standing gives you the least amount of stretch potential. It is far too easy to allow the wrong muscles (stomach, legs, hips, lower back) to tense up and take away from a stretch. Relaxation is uber important to PE, and standing is the least relaxing posture out of the four. Sitting, kneeling, and laying down are all good and depends on what kind of stretch you are doing and the individual doing the stretches. Personally I prefer sitting down for fulcrum and straight out (sometimes straight up). I like kneeling for fulcrum and straight-down stretches, and I like laying down for straight-up and side to side or BTC stretches. I think it requires experimentation to find the right positions for yourself.3. WHICH MUSCLES DO I RELAX?
ALL of them, if you can! The most important muscles to keep totally relaxed are your abdominals, kegel muscle, and glutes. I catch myself tensing/sucking in my abs ALL THE TIME, and I have to consciously relax them while I PE. Don't be self-conscious of your belly, just let it relax and blob out, it will improve your stretching. Also, contrary to other information I have seen, I really don't think kegelling while stretching is going to give you the optimum stretch. If anything doing LIGHT reverse kegels (if you can keep your lower abs relaxed) will intensity the stretch. If you can't keep your abs relaxed while doing a reverse kegel, I recommend just trying to keep the kegel muscle as relaxed and neutral as possible while stretching. Do some reverse kegels before your routine to pre-relax the area.4. BREATHING
I don't do yoga or anything so I don't know any advanced breathing techniques, but it is important to just BREATHE while doing PE to keep yourself relaxed.Collection of scientific articles and books related to PE: pe_sources.zip

Stretching in the living room. Jelqing in the bathroom.

I haven't done it lying down, but I have done it both standing and sitting. I much prefer standing. My mind for one thing doesn't wander as much as it tries to do when I am sitting. In other words I concentrate better standing. I don't get ky jelly stains on my chair if I am standing!! For me at least, I get a better grip and am able to get closer to my pubic bone when I am standing. I also can use more force standing compared to sitting. If one preferred to do their routine standing on their head that would be fine, because no one way in this instance is more correct or better than another. Do your thing brother.
